About Vecchio Industries
Vecchio Industries builds and operates software companies serving the education, engineering, and real estate markets. Our products include a municipal project intelligence platform, mobile apps for independent schools, and custom software for engineering and surveying firms. We’re a small operation built for the long term, and the people who work with us own their work.
The role
You’ll help run the machinery behind a multi-company portfolio: the processes, documents, and reporting that keep several businesses moving at once. It’s a close look at how a holding company actually operates with billing, vendors, client onboarding, internal tooling, and the other parts most internships never let you see.
What you’ll do
- Document processes and build internal how-to guides
- Support invoicing, billing follow-up, and vendor research
- Help with client onboarding logistics and project coordination
- Maintain trackers and pull together simple reports across the portfolio
- Spot things that are done manually and shouldn’t be, and help fix them
Who this fits
- Students in business, operations, finance, or a related field
- Organized to a fault; comfortable in spreadsheets
- Discreet with confidential business information
- The kind of person who notices when something is inefficient and wants to fix it
